MM Hosting can be used by individuals and businesses to setup a website or can be used by a reseller that is looking to start their own web hosting business. Visitors are given the option of signing up for one of two plans, the NETmega or NETplus plan. The NETmega plan offers 2,000GB of storage and 20,000GB of data transfer while the NETplus plan offers 3,000GB of storage and 30,000GB of data transfer. The plans are priced at $7.95 and $12.95 per month if customers sign up for 1 year. If the contract term chosen is shorter, a setup fee of $15 is applied along with a domain registration fee.

Resellers are able to choose from three plans, the Reseller-Starter, the Reseller-Plus and the Reseller-Gold. The Reseller-Starter plan costs $19.95 per month and provides the reseller with 12GB of space and 200GB of data transfer per month. Using the reseller account customers can develop their own customized interface for clients. Resellers are able to set up a cPanel account for each of their customers which provides the same features and functionality that is provided by MM Hosting itself. The Reseller-Gold plans costs $54.95 per month and provides 35GB of storage space and 600GB of data transfer per month.

Affiliate Program
Customers are able to earn money even without becoming a reseller by simply signing up to become an affiliate. Affiliates earn $75 per referral and have access to an online console which shows the details of their earning and their expected payouts. Tracking cookies are stored for 1 year which means your referrals can sign up anytime during that period and you will get paid. There is no mention of a 2nd tier referral program as offered by a number of other companies.

Customer Service and Reviews
If you want to contact the company they provide a toll free number which is only available during business hours and an email form. A support portal is provided for customers who would like to learn more or try to solve the issue themselves.

There is a knowledge base which features a limited number of articles and an online support ticket system to lodge an issue or complaint. Customers can also see the status of servers through the support center and also read about any known network issues.

The site does not feature any testimonials however a few positive ones can be found on external websites.

MM Hosting was founded in 1999 and guarantees an uptime of 99.9%. They have customers located all over the globe and claim that reliability and customer satisfaction is among their top goals. However the lack of awards featured on their website leads visitors to believe otherwise.
