The cost for the plan is $16.95. Like the basic plan if customers pay for 1 year the per month cost is reduced to $15.95 and the setup fee of $15 is waived.

In addition to the features listed above all plans provide Helm website control panel to manage the website and associated settings. They also provide support for PHP 4 which is a version behind the rest of the hosting companies. ASP.NET is available in the top two plans only while all the plans include:

Microsoft Access databases
Web based email access

If customers are not satisfied with the performance of their plan they can request their money back within 30 days of signing up for the plan. Any setup fees incurred by the company are deducted from the refund. Money is not refundable after 30 days.

Customers that need assistance can call the company's toll free number however unlike with most of the hosting companies this is not a 24x7 number. They also provide an email along with a system for submitting online tickets.

The FAQ section is not too detailed and does not feature too many questions. A few tutorials are also posted on the website, but again they are no where close to the number of tutorials found on most of the other hosting company's websites. There is very little information about their unique value-adds or stand-out factor.
